Location & Pin Ubicación y Pin
The app will not let you deliver because it thinks you are somewhere else. La app no te deja entregar porque cree que estás en otro sitio.
- Delivery Pin Adjustment Ajuste del Pin de Entrega 8 steps pasos The app says you are outside the delivery area. Move the pin onto your GPS location and confirm it. La app dice que estás fuera del área de entrega. Mueve el pin a tu ubicación GPS y confírmalo.

- Report a Missing Package Reportar un Paquete Faltante 7 steps pasos On the manifest but not on the van. Only reportable from the scan screen — that is what separates it from a damaged one. - Scan with a Damaged Label Escanear con la Etiqueta Dañada 7 steps pasos The barcodes are unreadable but the package is fine. Enter the ID by hand — including typing the TBA yourself. Los códigos no se leen pero el paquete está bien. Introduce el ID a mano — incluido escribir el TBA tú mismo.
